Future DiverCities is a pioneering excellence cluster of 10 cultural partners in Europe and Canada, all key players in the field of citymaking and new artistic forms, funded by the Creative Europe program, coordinated by Superact and supported in research by Public Art Lab. The programme includes a wide range of activities, community labs, citizen workshops, or artistic interventions, as ways to how artists and creatives can propose innovative ways to build our future cities and how this responds to the current thinking and needs around urban transformations. Berlin as one of the most vibrant European cities and the urban media platform, Public Art Lab, will demonstrate an excellent showcase for interactive labs and action research within the framework of Future DiverCities and beyond, as a growing network.
